17 percent of company directors believe their boards understand their companies' crisis communications response plans “very well”; 54 percent of company directors believe their boards understand their companies' crisis communications response plans “moderately well”; and 29 percent of company directors believe their boards understand their crisis communications response plans “not well” or “not at all.”
